Personal Account
Each registration is for a single user only. Your account and password are personal to You and Your registration login credentials should not be shared with or used by anyone else to access iKroya. We may cancel or suspend Your access to the Services if You share your login credentials.
Protection from Unauthorized use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password, which You will not have to reveal to any representative or agent of iKroya. You will refrain from any actions that could help unauthorized individuals gain access to iKroya's registration-protected areas.

You will not register for iKroya’s Services with the intent to misuse features of iKroya’s Website and/or any other Service offered by iKroya. Immediate Notification
If You discover any unauthorized use of Your password or account information by others and/or suspect any breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure pertaining to your iKroya account, please promptly notify Us at help@iKroya.com.

Your Licence to Us

Under no circumstances shall we or our affiliates, agents or licensors be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, including, without limitation, liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from (a) your use of, or inability to use, the services, or (b) any content available through the services.
iKroya (including its directors, employees, group companies, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, temporary outages or interruptions, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part of the Content or for any resulting damages, due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. iKroya shall have no responsibility to provide You access to its Services and/or the Content while the said interruption continues.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and any other documents, regardless of whether such documents precede or follow these Terms of Use, or whether they are executed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative, or agent of iKroya, these Terms of Use shall take precedence and govern.

You agree that, in Our sole discretion, We may terminate Your iKroya account (or any part thereof), membership on Our survey panel, or use of iKroya’s Services (in whole or in part), and remove and discard any User Content for any reason, including, without limitation, due to discontinuance of a Service or for lack of use or if We believe that You have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. You agree that We shall not be liable to You or any third-party for any termination of Your account (or any part thereof) or use of iKroya’s Services, or any removal of any User Content.
16.2 Termination or cancellation of these Terms of Use shall not affect any rights or remedies to which iKroya may be entitled, either at law or in equity. Upon termination of these Terms of Use, all rights granted to You under these Terms of Use will cease and revert to iKroya.
Our failure to insist upon or enforce any right or provision within these Terms of Use shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right or provision of iKroya.
In the event that any section or provision under these Terms of Use is declared invalid, it shall be considered separable, and such invalidity shall not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining sections under these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use can only be modified through a written agreement signed by iKroya.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Use have been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions of any other jurisdictions, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Unauthorized Use
The use of iKroya’s Services is prohibited in any jurisdiction that does not fully enforce all provisions of these Terms of Use, including this specific paragraph.
